Salesman was not knowledgeable with 2021 GMC SLT options. He was unable to explain the truck's tech features and told me to go on the internet for help. He knew the basic features like multi fold tailgate. He gave me the truck in the "demo mode" so I had to reconnect my cell phone and GM's Android Auto. I had to ask an IT specialist to come help me.

Came in for an oil change and one of the calipers snapped during service. Heather explained everything and said the replacement would be no charge but would take a while. She offered us a shuttle service to take us where we needed to go until the repairs were done. So courteous and professional!!!
