Dawn in service went above and beyond to help me with my car issues. She took time and explained everything to me and went the extra mile to make me feel more comfortable with my purchase after having issues.
I dropped my vehicle off at 8AM for my scheduled appointment time. The vehicle was taken out of the service area and parked. At 8:30 I checked in with my service rep and asked him why my vehicle had not been pulled in yet. He then went and spoke with the technicians and the vehicle was done in the next 15 minutes. 8AM was the earliest time I could get, but if those time are not accurate then they need to adjust the expectations of the customer. I was no happy waiting for 30 minutes when there was a bunch of standing around.

The minute I arrived for an oil change, I felt as if I returned home. The staff was pleasant and worked as a team to carry out my routine service while I waited. The facility felt welcoming and comfortable and the work was promptly completed. The experience I had at Ingersoll Auto was awesome. I will recommend Ingersoll Auto as the go-to facility for anything automotive.
Everyone was great start to finish! This dealerships owners must treat their employees as family. Everyone I came in contact with from sales to finance really expressed how proud they were to be part of this dealership! I���ve bought many GMC and Buick products from a dealership that I personally know the ownership. Your crew of members exceeded my expectations..I will be a return customer.

My wheels were not rotated but your ��� tech��� left the wheel nut lock on the passenger seat not inside the glove box where it was.. that tells me your ���tech���is a cheat And a liar leaving the nut out so others would think it was used to rotate the tires.. I know this because I have a small leak on my right rear tire due to a damaged rim..plus the wheels where not touched at all for if they had there would be marks on the rims witch there���s none.rims dusty without hand prints.so I think to myself let���s check the filters.. Engine filter was changed.opened up glove box to check cabin filter and found filter cover was not installed but just laying there. I took pics .. you charged me $80 to change a $20 cabin filter and had I not checked cover would probably be off till next service.. you did not rotate the tires.. and you tried selling me 4x4 flush service for $350 .. what would you think about ingersoll service if you were i

It was fantastic service experience and did this outstanding feel Don Basil. He treated me as a VIP customer. He is very professional and knowledgeable specialist. Called about my tire having a nail in it. Nina checked to see if they had a tire to replace if it couldn't be plugged, was told to bring it in asap. Was working and said I couldn't get there till 4. But would try and leave work early. Was told that would be fine just call and let us know. Got the ok to leave latter in the day. Called to let them know I was on my way. I was told that my appointment was for 4 and to come in then. Wasted 2hrs of work that I'm not getting paid for. Brought the car in at three, car taken right in. I waited till 5 to be told they couldn't fix the tire and it needed to be replaced. The tire they thought they had wasn't there and they had to order one. Wouldn't be in till Monday. Needed car for work over the weekend. Came in Monday about 1PM. The tire replaced and on my way. I would like to give Barb the highest amount of praise to her. She made sure the tire was in, my appointment set. She was the best help I could have gotten. Superb job on her part. That Woman should get a raise, you dont want to loose her. Overall a great job, just some minor hiccups. Thank you.
