Much better than in the past. Agents recommend what need to be done, and then listen to the customer on what they have done when (for example, did the wipers myself 6000 miles earlier as well as the cabin air filter) leaving only the things that need to be done still on the order. I know the prices are high but willing to pay for the convenience of you doing the work.

The service person wasn���t very customer service oriented . Talked to me a little harshly . I���ve been getting my car serviced there for 11 years ever since i bought my car there and I never had such bad service there as i did on Saturday. When i left the dealership I did call and complain because I felt like I didn���t need to go there I can go anywhere to get an oil change . I choose to go to Ingrosol because I love the customer service that I usually get. I will think twice next time i need an oil change on where I go
