Every time I go to the service department, everyone is friendly and helpful. I have always been treated well and would recommend anyone to use Ingersoll. We have been using them as our personal as well as our company vehicles for over 10 years.
I brought my car in for a recall and a maintenance. A day later my breaks weren’t working properly. Called and spoke to Gina. She dismissed my concerns. Was rude, and seemed side tracked by someone she was whispering to in the background. After I insisted my car be looked at and explain I needed a car with a third row bc I have 4 kids in car seats she said she would get back to me. Called me back saying she had a car for me. I reiterated that I NEEDED the third row. Neve called me back. A whole day passed, I called and left a message for her. Finally called me back a day later. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

This is a repeating problem. I was told the exact same thing the last time I brought my car in for this condition. "make sure your phone's operating system is up to date, replace the charging cord for the phone." There was more attention paid to me than my car. I have had this car for two years and eight months. I have had no problems operating this system with and without the cord for over the first two years. It's obvious my understanding of usage of the system is not at fault. I now face the necessity of bringing the car back for a third time to get some resolution.

Very professional, courteous service from the girl on the phone who knew how to make the initial process of my recall claim, identify the details of the recall and set up my appointment (got repeated follow up reminder emails for my appointment ) to the service manager who checked me in and back out after my service took just exactly the amount of time as the estimate they gave me. Night and day difference from a much closer dealer I attempted to make my appointment with before I chose Ingersoll.

This is not my first lease with Ingersoll or with Charlie Toussaint. I would never go to another dealer. I recommend both the dealer and Charlie to others. It is always the best experience from beginning to end.
Thanks to Kurt our sales rep that sold us the new traverse and equinox in July for getting this problem fixed and my wife a loaner car. It’s unfortunate that it was not fixed the first time we brought it in and no loaner was given or offered.
