As in the past, my experience had been very good. I’m a repeat customer and Phil Lariccia has been extremely helpful with getting us into a new car. Very satisfied with everyone, everyone’s so nice and courteous.
Brought in my truck a 2nd time for known "shudder" issue TSB 18-NA-145. My truck continues to shudder at low speeds, despite adjust trie balance and allignment on all sets of tires. Service manager insists shuddering is "normal" for this kind of truck and compared it like driving a manual with a gear selected to low.. I owned 12 different vehicles new, old, and in between, in none of them was constant shuddering normal. This is not acceptable on a 3 years old 25k mile vehicle. Truck shudders at all times between 30-42mph which constitutes 60-80% of my driving.

The only negative about taking my car to your garage is that your prices are more expensive then other garages. You have increased your charges. Certain jobs I will have to take my car elsewhere. I am on retired fixed income
