Had my son's car in for an engine issue - first significant problem in well over 100,000 miles. We couldn't be happier with the results. Ingersoll Auto's service team diagnosed the problem, completed the work quickly and the car runs perfectly. I'd never go anywhere else!

My 07' Silverado had a tire sensor replaced and a an airbag connector in the headliner fixed. The check engine light was also on. A spark plug for the #1 cylinder was replaced and codes were cleared. I drove the truck less than 2 miles and the check engine light came on. I called and spoke to Justin, the service rep and was told to schedule another appointment. I also was told that the labor cost to discover the issues would be applied to the bill if I decided to have the work completed. That did not happen. So after spending almost $700 I'm not happy and will take my business elsewhere.

Very pleasant staff, only grip i have is my truck is 4 months old and the belt squeals, i asked the to look at it during the first service and they claim they didnt hear anything. I went out side drove 2 seconds down the road and there it was. They said make an appointment to have it checked. i live an hour n 20 away, i was there they could of taken care of it then. I mean i did drop almost 80k on a truck with 4600 miles on it....

You guys are thieves and liars. I go in for oil change…you guys want to charge my $3000.00 for torque converter even though not showing up and me asking to do transmission fluid change cause you have never tuned up transmission or replace fluids. Then told extended warranty just expired. Didn’t call me. I had to drive over to get answer. Because I only did oil change. They rushed my car. Once I got it, I drive around in lot, lights go on and off all wheel drive off static track off. I go in computer says it’s the back wheel barring and it needs to be replaced. I said you just did a once over and didn’t need this? Must have happen when you left and hit sOmething. I just pulled out of spot I can see you guys. You sure it’s not a sensor? No we never went near your tires. So you didn’t rotate my tires that this bill says you did. It’s $500.00 to fix. I said no thank you. Took it to local mechanic. It was the sensor ur men disconnected. Transmission fluid flushed no problem. And cheaper than the oil change. Service sucks you lie and take advantage of people. I tell everyone I talk to never to buy from ingersol. Trust me word spread and people will go somewhere else
