The service has been great. From the check in, to the service and then getting my car back Ingersoll service Dept. has been informative, on time and has competitive pricing. I will continue to use them for my GMC truck service needs.

During regular maintenance for 25K miles checkup a lug post on one of my tires was found to be defective. Even though I had to wait for 4 hours for the part to be obtained, my vehicle was serviced and returned to me in perfect shape. The service department kept me informed, offered me substitute transportation and provided me with beverages in their waiting lounge.

Quick and easy... they only performed recalls. We will see what happens once the leaking back window starts. That has been a nightmare for people I���m reading online.... hopefully mine doesn���t leak but will need a great dealership to handle it.

Great service as expected from the friendly people at Ingersoll. The one negative was that I plan to work from my lap-top when having my vehicle serviced, and the WIFI was not working well. A number of customers all experienced the same problem. Looking forward to a 5-Star experience next time!
