Very disappointed. Dropped the vehicle we purchased from you off for service and was provided pricing for repairs that were not needed and extremely overpriced. Quite obvious your service team has commission based salaries. After receiving the quote asked for a trade in value for the vehicle and was given a price that was 7-8k less than actual trade in value. Took the opportunity (prior to the insult of the trade value) to look at a vehicle you had on the lot for my boys and again was insulted. The arrogance from the sales manager was disgusting and unnecessary. It was even uncomfortable for the sales associate who was obviously uncomfortable as well. Based on these insults to my intelligence, i will spend my time with another dealership. Ingersoll clearly does not want my business.

Our car-buying experience at Ingersoll was excellent! Kirk, our sales consultant, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the differences among the models and advised us on the options that would best meet our individual needs. We felt no pressure to purchase (which of course, resulted in a sale!). The entire sales experience was easy... everyone was very accommodating. Our sense is that Ingersoll runs a highly disciplined and ethical operation, and it was a pleasure to do business with them.
I find the service people to be excellent. Dawn and Herb are just friendly, informative, listen to what I have to say and very attentive and definitely call me and inform me of everything going on. I also got a loaner which I sorely needed while my car was being repaired. Great Service Dept.
I received courtesy reminders of my upcoming appointment. When I pulled into the garage, I was greeted immediately by an attendant who took the car and directed me to the service desk. Despina (spelling?) was very helpful and efficient in filling out the paperwork and getting me a shuttle. Both drivers (Larry and Phil) were friendly, courteous, and professional. I felt very safe with their driving skills. When I returned to the dealership, my car was ready, and I appreciated the complimentary car wash. My husband and I continue to be pleased with all aspects of Ingersoll Auto of Danbury!
