I was looking for a new silver Equinox initially. Phil was able to find a beautiful new silver Terrain that was on the lot! I am even happier with the Terrain than I think I would have been with the Equinox. I love it! Thanks Phil!
Brought car in for oil change, filter,rotate tires. Also for one of my key fobs that didn’t work.(Battery was placed upside down by mistake by my son.) Told my car battery was dead. Battery was replaced in Feb.2021 by Ingersoll. Told charge for service was $489.00 with new battery. After I left the dealership I noticed my tires weren’t properly inflated. Needless to say I felt I was ripped off. Bob Hansen

Ingersoll is the best they had a loaner waiting for me to fit my family of five a clean suv with a full tank of gas. My car was done a in two days . Brad and Shep are the best . Glad to have these people

Routine battery change took 5 days, unacceptable. Lack of return calls, then when call were returned no message was left and no caller ID to acknolege who was returning call. Service rep said they would deliver car to residence and did not follow thru. I will be using other service providers in the future and another dealership when purchasing another

Only problem with my visit was that I was told my car would be ready by 5:00 pm but I had to continually ask people why it was taking so long. Finally around 5:30-4:45 someone looked into the delay and got my car
