I have been a customer of Ingersoll Auto for over 20 years and have had my vehicles serviced there regiliously. This past experience was the least satisfactory in 20 years. While I understand that the service representatives are very busy and are probably understaffed, I placed 3 calls during the day to check on the status of my vehicle and it wasn't until after 4:00 p.m. that I received a response. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication.

The Dealership could not have been more helpful, or attentive when it came to my new car needs. Jim, the sales manager, was diligent in making sure I had the best experience possible. Danny, who delivered my car to me, was knowledgeable, kind, and lovely to deal with. The owner runs a wonderful establishment, where I will continue buying my vehicles in the years to come!
The folks I encounter each time I come are FABULOUS especially Sarah who took care of me. John Gallagher is always his very fine and welcoming self!!!!! Tom Olivia who I spoke to in order to set up the appointment could not have been more helpful, as always!!!!!

The car wasn't ready when they said it would be. Also the service advisor never explain everything that was on the service report. The report said one that we may need tires and brakes. It was never explained how bad either one was. The report also said they filled the car with gas and it had same 1/4 of tank when dropped the car off.
