Joanna was very helpful, professional and friendly. Her recommendations were honest, understandable and appreciated. I also had the pleasure to speak to Joe, Barb,& Alison on the phone prior to my appointment. They helped me answer questions about my tire purchase. Greg kindly drove me home and picked me up with the very much appreciated shuttle service. He was wonderful! Joanna communicated with me frequently regarding my car’s progress, costs and any other issues that arose. After I picked the car up, Adam led me to the service desk and I chatted with Brad, who was also terrific! Wonderful staff! Reasonable and fair cost of labor, service and parts. Thank you! Ps-still miss those donut munskins in the waiting room!
