I called to schedule my service appointment and was told everything was set. I arrive three minutes before the scheduled appointment time to find that there was no record of my appointment having been made. Because of this I ended up having to wait extra time to have my vehicle serviced as I was considered a walk-in. On another note, when I read the record of the service that I���ve been done to my vehicle it showed all the tire pressures as being exactly what they should be when I got out to my vehicle immediately after the service and I looked at the instrument panel and check the tire pressures all four tires were reading different pressures, off in some instances buy as much is 3 pounds. Three tires were above the pressure recommended one tire was 2 pounds below the pressure recommended. Given that, I was not confident that the service has been done completely. Normally I am completely satisfied with Ingersoll���s service.
