Herb was great, answered my questions about problem but I was upset that the car had to be towed and serviced less than 28,0000 miles. The hand off person, before paying, did not explain what the free check list meant. and I still do not know if any thing is wrong. My car got washed. that was nice. I guess that makes it equal to almost getting killed!!!. Rose Willus
